In the article a teacher is expressed as someone who is comfortable with themselves so much so they become a role model or positive adult figure on their students lives.  Care is expressed a lot at my internship. I see it the most in teacher team meetings this is when teachers talk about every student on their team and gives updates like "oh their mom just had a baby so make sure to congratulate them on becoming a big brother" or "hey the guidance department let us know they are having some family trouble just try to show them support and let guidance know how they are doing in class". It shows in class too that the students know their teachers support them. Something they could improve on is discipline because they tend to give out a lot of detention or warnings and the students are not taking that as seriously as they should.
